Robert L. Card, BA (Econ/Comm)
Position: President and Director

Robert L. Card, BA (Econ/Comm) 45 years experience in markets, management and financing of natural resource projects as a Corporate Financial Consultant. Mr. Card has extensive experience in developing projects, taking companies public and creating shareholder value. He is a Director or Officer of a number of private and public companies in the resource sector. Mr. Card holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in economics and commerce, from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada.

 
Blaine Y. Bailey, B.Comm, CGA
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Blaine Bailey received his Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 1977, and qualified for the Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in British Columbia in 1983. He has 15 years of experience working as a Chief Financial Officer and Director with mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Bailey brings complementary skills to the team in the areas of finance, administration and financial reporting.

 
Phillip Thomas, BSc, MBus, MAIG
Position: Director and Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Thomas is a mining industry professional with extensive experience in board, executive and senior-level roles. Mr. Thomas is a senior officer of Vallenar Iron Company, Chile ("Vallenar"). He has been involved with Vallenar's magnetite iron ore project since inception in February 2005, when he was the CEO of Melbourne-based, Admiralty Resources NL ("Admiralty"), a publicly-listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:ADY). A pilot plant was constructed in 2006 and full-scale production commenced in 2007. The project demonstrates his ability and experience at quickly bringing to commercialization early-stage exploration projects, as well as solving technical problems with his keen understanding of geophysics and iron ore. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Thomas worked for clients in a range of mining projects providing exploration, risk, financial modeling and ore reserve services. Prior to that, he headed up the retail division of a private banking, stock-brokerage and financial advisory group. He was a part of the team that raised capital and floated 22 companies on the ASX. Prior to that, he worked for five years with Macquarie Bank in investment banking. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Australian National University, and a Masters in Business (Marketing) from Monash University, Australia. He holds a Certificate in Financial Analysis, from the Australian Securities Institute, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

 
Andrew Jarvis, BBA
Position: Director

Mr. Jarvis brings added strength to the Company with his 15 years of business experience, including board, executive and senior-level roles, in both public and private corporations. His experience also includes 5 years in the mineral exploration industry, as well as public finance and corporate management experience. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada. He has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course and an exploration and mining overview course at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Jarvis is a member of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia.

 
Alex Burton, BSc, P.Geo
Position: Qualified Person

Alex Burton is a professional geologist and engineer with over 50 years of extensive experience in mining exploration and development. After holding management positions with Noranda, Copper Range Exploration and Phelps Dodge (Canada), he formed his own mining consulting company in 1974. He is considered an expert in geology and geochemistry and has planned and supervised numerous field programs for many companies on diverse types of mineral properties in many different countries. He has extensive experience in setting up major exploration programs and bringing mineral deposits into production. Mr. Burton teaches the placer mining courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines. He is a founding member of the Association of Exploration Geochemists. Mr. Burton is a member of other professional associations and has held executive positions with them.

 
Betty Anne Loy
Position: Secretary

Betty Anne Loy has been a Secretary of various private and public companies since 1999. Ms. Loy has more than twelve years of experience in corporate administration of Canadian and US public companies, including statutory compliance and regulatory filings, as well as managing all aspects of corporate and shareholder communications. Publicly traded companies she has been involved with as a corporate secretary, or in corporate administration, include, Undur Tolgoi Minerals Inc., New Guinea Gold, Vangold Resources Ltd., Vanoil Energy Ltd, Primary Petroleum Corp., North American Medical Services Inc. and Jet Gold Corp.
