Phillip Thomas, BSc Geol MBusM CIM AIG AIMVA CMV
Chairman of the Board
Executive Chairman, M Bus Mkting, BSc, AIG, AIMVA. Mr Thomas has been CEO, President and Chairman of Arrowstar Resources since February 2014, and has more than 25 years’ experience in project financing, capital raising and implementation of large complex projects. He will resign as CEO and President of Arrowstar and hand over to Dr Sorentino on conclusion of the acquisition. Previously he spent six years at Admiralty Resources NL on the ASX. He began his career as a geologist and then completed post graduate qualifications in finance and a master’s degree in marketing. He has been involved in a managerial capacity in the asset management, telecommunications, financial, energy and mining sectors in a senior manager or director capacity.
Phillip is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, and Chairman of the Australasian Institute of Mineral Valuers and Appraisers.
Dr. Carlos M.R. Sorentino

Dr Sorentino has more than 35 years of experience in project strategic planning, project development and management of resource utilisation projects. He began his career in 1966, in the chemical industry where he specialised in project development management. Dr Sorentino has advised a number of government and public companies on economics, resource development and management. Dr Sorentino was one of the key players when RFT was formed in 2006 to develop the thermolysis process to its next stage of sophistication.
Dr Sorentino is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, he has been accredited as Chartered Professional in the disciplines of Environment and Management, is the Chairman of the Mineral Industry Consultants Association Inc., Foundation Chairman and currently a member of the AusIMM’s Board of Chartered Professionals, a member of the AusIMM’s Ethics Committee, and a member of the Joint Board of the IEAus and the AusIMM. Dr Sorentino is Honorary Associate of the Department of Human Geography of Macquarie University and a Visiting Professor in the Mineral Economics program of the Western Australia School of Mines in Kalgoorlie.
Blaine Y Bailey, BComm CPA CGA

Blaine received his Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 1977, and qualified for the CGA designation in British Columbia in 1983. Blaine has served in the capacity of accountant for Molson Brewery B.C. Ltd., controller for Nabob Coffee Co. with Head Office in Zurich Switzerland and a management consultant specializing in providing financial and administrative services for medium to small public and private companies. Blaine brings complementary skills to the team in the areas of finance, administration and financial reporting.
Stephen Brohman, CPA CA
Mr. Brohman has nine years of working experience in a variety of roles with public companies. Over this time, Mr. Brohman has become proficient in corporate finance, project acquisition, executive management, corporate communications, corporate branding, shareholder relations and investor lead generation. Mr. Brohman has extensive experience in the audit of publicly traded companies on the TSX, TSX-V and OTC markets, and has worked with mining and exploration, oil & gas, real estate investment, and merchant banking companies during his time in public practice. Mr. Brohman holds the professional designation of CPA CA and currently serves as either a Director and/or Officer for several publicly traded companies.
